Pass a Federal Law or Insurance regulation or by Executive Order, force insurance companies to adhere to the decision of Doctors that best know how to treat their patient. If a Doctor prescribes a drug or treatment as "Medically Necessary" the insurance company must comply without delay or refusal. This should also contain a clause that protects the Doctors against harassment, pressure, or retaliation against them from the insurance companies.
