Mandate all Internet Service Providers to block all pornographic and adult content unless "opted in" by individuals. Everyone has the right to choose what they look at. This request is to stop it from "popping up" on those who aren't interested in viewing it's content. Pornography and adult content "pop up" often without anyone having to "opt in". I'm petitioning to make it unavailable to "pop up" with out individuals choosing to view it. In my home we have done all we can to filter such things from happening but feel more could be done. If the Obama Administration can mandate all Internet Service Providers to have viewers who are interested having to "opt in" I feel this would provide even more protection for our children and the heartache and devastation that this can cause.
