Demand all Americans participate at least annually in a government-mandated, government-funded, government sanctioned beer summit, much like the President did.
The beer must be a domestic beer, preferably draft, with union-produced pretzels or other acceptable salty snacks included.
Members of AA and minors may drink 'near beer', like O'Doul's. Persons of English ancestry may drink warm tea. Note: Persons in NYC may only drink 32oz or less of any tasty beverage in any one sitting. If they stand, they may drink more. Persons from West Virginia may drink white lightening. Persons on the West Coast may substitute frappuccino instead.
