A recent audit has uncovered that the IRS has spent millions of taxpayer dollars on frivolous activities at their conferences and otherwise. Because this seems to be the culture and norm of the IRS, this wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars has most likely gone on for decades.
The government must mandate that the IRS refund (with interest & penalty) every taxpayer dollar that they spent on frivolous activities for the past seven years.
