Job Creation should be a mandatory action for our elected representatives.
Contributing to the welfare of our Republic should be one of the highest responsibilities as a citizen. Using ones attributes, namely, "skills and abilities", defining such attributes as "WORK", should be categorized as a dignified means of contribution.
Therefore, Congress should be compelled to pass a jobs creation environment legislation.
