The administration should maintain that the emotional and physical safety of children is a top priority. It SHOULD be MANDATORY that those convicted who molest, rape, or traffic a child should be tested by a psychiatrist to determine if they meet the criteria for being diagnosed as a pedophile. If that person is deemed a pedophile, that person SHOULD SERVE A LIFE sentence.The sentences for child molesting now are so short that there is a consistent and frightening number of these pedophiles who continue to reoffend due to the nature of their sickness and desire to have sex with children. "The abusers who commit 95 percent of the sex acts against children are driven by an ongoing sex drive directed toward children." CONGRESS, please stop protecting pedophiles.INSTEAD, PROTECT OUR CHILDREN.
