Members of Congress, the President and his Cabinet shall be required to prepare their own returns using commercially available software. These returns shall all be audited by the IRS.
This shall continue until a simple tax code replaces the monstrosity that exists now with a new tax code that has few deductions, a larger per person exemption, no credits or subsidies, and lower tax rates.
