Small companies are the fabric of our Nation. High% of companies are tiny 10-15 worker companies. Many are doing great, but MOST are not. Business owners are struggling. If Cities, Counties, States and Federal Gvts. are mandated to contract a percentage of their budgets ONLY with small companies (the new diversity or minority selection should be done by SIZE of Business from now on), entering dialogs with all local small business in their communities, and prepare a plan of XX Millions to hire small local companies only (no multinationals, or multi city corporations) to perform services, or supply with products to them, for real, and with certain security -like 1 or 2 years- I am sure each company would hire help. 1 new job ea 2 companies would mean millions of new jobs within months.
