Mandate a minimum of 14 days to allow the people to review proposed bills for congress.

Created by B.C. on January 09, 2013

Create a federal mandate requiring any and all bills that will be put to a vote in congress to be publicly posted, both online and in print, for a minimum of 14 days prior to the vote. This would allow maximum government transparency, allow time for the people to read proposed legislation and contact their representative, and ultimately lead to an increase in we the peoples participation in our government system.

By allowing everyone access to proposed legislation we the people will have a true voice in our government.
