To mandate monthly drug testing for any recipient of taxpayer subsidized entitlements. I.e. food stamps, etc.

This petition is for a mandate which would require the recipients of any taxpayer subsidized entitlement programs be required to submit to randomized drug testing. This would include Medicare, Medicaid, and Food Stamps. All parties qualifying for the earned income tax credit would also be required to submit to drug testing before receiving and funds. Failure of the required drug test would forfeit any funds. In the case of the Earned Income Tax credit, one would not be eligible for the aforementioned credit for a period of 4 years.
