The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is mandated to compile and maintain an exhaustive database of allnon- pprofit organizations working on any aspect of climate change- research, abatement, adaptation and resiliency planning. The database would be searchable and available to the public. The federal government would utilize this database to explore opportunities for future partnerships with these non-profits to engage communities in addressing climate change.
