We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Mandate only those who fulfill 2500 hrs nonviolent conflict resolution training K-12, 1-hr-a-day, may own or carry guns.

1) Mandate that all schools in 50 states and territories to teach from K-12, one hour every school day, a total of 2500 hours of nonviolent conflict resolution training per student.
2) Only those who complete 2500 hrs of nonviolent conflict resolution may own or carry firearms, including law enforcement officers.
3) Replace PTSD inducing police training at the police academy with nonviolent conflict resolution.
4) Anyone with PTSD cannot pass a gun background check and cannot own firearms.
5) Encode in police union contracts that officers diagnosed with PTSD are removed from duty, and compensated as wounded veterans.
6) To enable a police officer’s PTSD by covering it up is a crime, definition of this crime encoded in police union contracts. Discharge enablers from duty.
