In order to make it so the American taxpayer feel as though the government is not wasting tax dollars by giving money to people who are perpetually on any form of federal aid, I propose that people who are receive aid from Medicaid, unemployment, TAFNF, SNAP, etc from a period of more than 6 months be obligated to perform a set amount of community service. This set number could be based upon how long they have been receiving aid.
This would make the people who are receiving help from their country and the taxpayers have to give back to their community. Also it might deter people who have been abusing these systems for years
