Mandate by federal law, that any person who knowingly files an official report or makes false accusations in a court of law, alledging "Rape or Sexual Assualt," is guilty of filing a false report and/or purjury. Punishment for these crimes will be administered according to each state guidlines, and such person upon satisfaction of restitution for such acts "SHALL" be required to register as a "Sex Offender."
