A monster no longer needs to have a grudge with a bully. After 9/11, aircraft were ordered out of the sky or they would be taken out of the sky. Airports opened with measures in place to make sure no one would get on a plane with a gun, a box cutter, or more than 3oz of liquid. We take our shoes off, we have to have our bodies scanned, we put Air Marshals on planes, we develop a new dept. in the government, "The Department of Homeland Security". Even though we may find some of this as an inconvenience, we still fly. Tens of millions of people went to work that day and came home, but 2977 didn't. Millions of children went to school on December 14th and came home but 20 didn't. How many more children shouldn't come home before we make real change in school security?
