We, the people of the internets and beyond, do hereby request that the Obama administration, in appreciation for the arts, agriculture, and the joy of women (and a modest population of men) everywhere mandate that one, Lamar Golson, regrow his afro in the name of freedom, liberty, justice, and things that are awesome.
The cultivation of such an aesthetically pleasing coiffure is an incredible undertaking and will require significant government funding. It is suggested by this petition that funding come directly as a taxation to individuals who maintain the "Skrillex haircut" as it stands indirect opposition of the far superior afro.
In closing, the arts, agriculture, women, humanity, and indeed the world, stands only to gain from the reinstatement of "The Fro."
