Thousands of children have grown up with psychiatric and neurological disorders that effect the way they learn and bar them from growing into healthy, sane, productive members of society. Many of them are anti-social, have problems controlling their emotions, and actions.
Most mass murderers in America have had these issues from childhood, but went undiagnosed because of a lack of emphasis on mental health and poor parenting. More often, they have been shown to behave aggressively and attack their peers during childhood.
If we can implement a system where children from elementary to high school can be evaluated, they have a better chance of getting a proper diagnosis and treatment. The result: Less violent and dangerous adults.
Save future generations from the tragedies we face today!
