Over the years, we have required people to have licenses to do several things including gun licenses, get married, etc. But, we never have been able to fathom the idea of having a license to possess children. Why not? Because people see that as restricting their freedoms. Is having children truly a freedom? Especially when some of these people abuse their kids to no end, or even allow them to participate in such tasteless desires/activities? Can you allow a child to be with someone who is clearly unstable (but unidentified as unstable) raise a child in a house that has no stability for a child to grow, prosper, and benefit from said household?
We, the people, of the United States need to think of better ways of protecting children. So the injustice of those unheard are heard by America.
