Mandate the sale of Flaming Hot Cheetos and all its brothers and sisters like Chester's Hot Fries in NEW YORK CITY!

I don't know if the federal government can force states to force businesses to force Frito Lay to sell the Flaming Hot family of Cheetos, and I've only skimmed the Constitution and Bill of Rights, but I think the federal government should be able to mandate this. It's literally impossible to find stores in the New York Metropolitan Area that stock Flaming Hot Cheetos, Chester's Hot Fries, Flaming Hot Puffs, Flaming Hot Limon and more! Why do other states get to have it but not MINE? I'm already deprived of Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr, and streets that don't smell of sewage!
