Mandate Sensible Change to the Federal Regulations implemented by the CMS in Response to the ACA's 90-day Grace Period

The Center for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) has promulgated federal regulations that have endangered American families by turning every ACA, federally subsidized health insurance policy into a ticking financial & physical well-being time bomb? The ACA mandated 90-day grace period was intended to keep families from churning in and out of coverage. Instead, the final regulation by CMS has created a 'premium payment trap' so confusing that reasonable consumers would only understand it after falling victim to its unfair and deceptive provisions. The regulation causes fully paid policies to be terminated for non-payment retroactively up to 90-day. The policyholder is responsible for all former medical payments made to providers and is not eligible for insurance until the next open enrollment.
