The Keystone Oil Pipeline track goes right through the middle of the US. This is an area that has seen drought and will see more in the years to come. The water pipeline should be built to desalinate water from the gulf of and pipe it up into middle America for distribution to drought stricken areas. Not only would it help farmers get water to their crops, but it would increase biomass effectively trapping CO2 emission in plant matter (in the form it began before fossilization)
