Mandate that special prosecutors be assigned (without exception) in cases of suspected police brutality and misconduct.

Created by P.F. on December 28, 2014

Demand and mandate that throughout all of these United States in all cases of suspected police brutality, excessive police viloence, and/or police misconduct, especially those resulting in the death of a cilivilian, a special prosecutor be appointed to bring the case before the grand jury and, if indicted, to trial. The appointed special prosecutor must be one without a history of working hand in hand with police or any interest in preserving an amicable working relationship with law enforcement as any such relationship or interest should be considered a blatant conflict of interest. Without such a drastic and far reaching change to our criminal justice system civil rights will continue to be violated and the idea of accountability in law enforcement will continue to be mere illusion.
