To mandate a specially trained advocate to oversee any open case of abuse and neglect to enforce code of conduct of CPS

Created by C.G. on April 02, 2015

There are many cases of reports of abuse and neglect to state CPS agencies that tear families apart because the workers have to many open cases to handle. CPS workers that keep a case open to long and no need is identified. Cases that may need to be opened longer gets missed the child ends up seriously injured or dead. Then there is the family that is torn apart because the worker was involved to long even after they seen everything was okay but misread a situation there can be lost time on the job for appointments and court appearances which can lead to job loss, homelessness which can lead to loss of the child. A specially trained advocate would oversee the case this can save money and free workers for other cases field supervision is needed seriously. It's called CPS for a reason.
