Those who make threats via social media to commit acts of murder and mayhem should be prevented from legally obtaining firearms. In every case, people look for "the signs" after a tragedy has taken place. In the future, we should look for those signs before tragedy occurs. Those who state that they would commit murder, assassination, or other criminal acts using firearms should be barred from obtaining firearms through legal channels.
