In todays' society there are too many Americans that do not understand the manner in which our government is designed to work. Too many of them were not mandated to study this in their secondary (high) school. Of those that were they do not know or understand what the Constitution of the United States says or why. This petition is for the Obama Administration to do 2 things:
1. Mandate that ALL students take at least 1 full year of the study of American Government in Secondary/High School.
2. Mandate that in this class there will be a detailed study of the Constitution, what it says and what it means.
