For too long individuals are elected to congress and become institutions in Washington. Some serving for over 50 years. Eventually these elected officials lose touch with the one the represent and this perpetuates the disconnect of Washington politics from the needs of the people. There are more that enough good people in each state to ensure quality reps and diversity of thought. End this inbreeding of ideas with single term limits for representatives to the House and Senate. Keep our government representative of the people.
