Mandate that those on the welfare system are drug-free.

Created by O.M. on January 24, 2013

Taxpayers’ money goes to support others through the welfare system, so in return, it is the right of the taxpayers to demand that those supported by welfare should do community service as retribution. Those receiving welfare should also be drug-free, as the money they receive should go solely to help them survive and find a job. Those on the welfare system should contribute to the community as a way of repaying the taxpayers through means other than money such as through community service. Community service provides the recipients an opportunity to gain skills with the potential of gaining employment. It is in the best interest of the taxpayers that those receiving welfare be drug tested prior to receiving welfare. These requirements promote responsibility and upstanding citizenship.
