This petition is a request to federally mandate the annual training and education of teachers, city police officers, and peripheral educational personnel in fundamental signs and symptoms of common mental illnesses, for the purpose of establishing public service's recognizance of, and familiarity with, behaviors and personalities of potentially dangerous individuals.
This may also help prevent the frequent injury of mentally disabled individuals by police officers uneducated in the aspects of their condition, such as the autistic and the agoraphobic.
I believe we can cut out a few Washington Christmas parties and a few deployments to Afghanistan to accomplish the funding for something that may prevent the shooting deaths of American children in the future.
