In as much as Americans do not have equal access to health care and millions have NO access, and the failure to provide health care creates incremental increases in the cost of health care system-wide, and in as much as such increases threaten family financial stability thereby the nation's economy, the City of Alameda Democratic Club (CADC) petition President Obama to break the log jam in Congress over the healthcare crisis and move to mandate Universal Health Care Coverage.
