Nevada is powered by over 10 natural gas fueled plants and two coal plants that emit nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide in the air, that can and will effect the residents in Nevada. Solar energy however captures energy from solar radiation with no chemicals needed or released. Solar panels typically operate at temperatures from 30-100 degrees Fahrenheit, which makes them perfect for Nevada where temperatures vary from the middle 40’s in the northeast to about 50° F in the west and central areas and to the middle 60’s in the south. Solar power is a great way to maintain Nevada and its famous 24 hour city Las Vegas, which could not only be know as one of the funnest places to visit, but an Eco-friendly place as well.
