Mandate vaccinations for all children enrolled in public school and mandate all vaccines when applying for a passport

Anti-vaccinators are impacting the general health and welfare of our children. It should be proposed that all children who attend publicly funded schools (including charter schools and public school districts) should be Mandated to have all vaccinations upon enrollment or, if already enrolled, will have one year to complete the vaccination schedule or be subject to legal penalties and fines. Also, vaccinations should be verified when applying for a US passport in order to protect public safety for those who travel abroad
