We the people petition that a warning should be placed during the ring time of all phone calls, which makes clear to the caller that the details of the call or the call itself will be recorded for national security.
We make this petition in light of the NSA's massive collection of US phone and internet data, the FISA court's rubber stamp approval of almost all requests by the government to access this data, and the persecution of Edward Snowden for revealing this information.
If the Obama Administration finds this unacceptable, perhaps they should reconsider their actions in maintaining and deepening this Bush Administration practice.
