This mandate will require any individual who owns a firearm to take a psychological exam which would allow them to be able to re-new his/her firearms license if the individual is found mentally stable.And any family where there's a firearm, have all individuals residing in the home take a psychological exam aswell.If any of the individuals are found mentally unstable the license is revoked until he/she proves the individual no longer resides in their home or well.In addition, have random safety checks of the area in which the firearm is suppose to be in,i.e a safe or a lock box and high up unreachable by small children but this safety check is done by a city official and is done to those individuals homes who have firearms who have children under the age of 18.
