Mandating each member of congress to take a pay cut of $30,000.00 dollars each year for their first three years of their term. The finances are to be distribute into the national deficit. It will generate $16 Million a year and $48 million over the term of their election cycle. Everyone has to contribute into this deficit and members of congress having been putting the burden far to long on the American workers with the exception to themselves. US Congress had been voting themselves a raise since 2002 during a recession.

Second, US Congressional members can no longer vote themselves a raise. There shall be an independent panel which decides if current legislature are deserving of such a measure.
