We the under-signed ask you President Obama to put forth and pass a law requiring all Law Enforcement to be given proper procedure training in "Dog on Scene" situations. The level of family pets killed by Law Enforcement in this country is exploding. This is due to lack of knowledge and other options not being taken. If they are given this training on identifying, approaching, and handling we would NEVER have to loose another family member again! Further more we ask that if any Law Enforcement do harm a family pet Purposefully and/or without cause be removed from the job and Animal Cruelty charges be filed!
