Condom administration in public schools should be mandatory. In health and sex-education classes the primary push is for abstinence. Though this is the preferred choice for teens, the reality is that they need to be informed and prepared when making choices. Neglecting the facts of rising teen pregnancies in America and not providing alternatives to the teaching of abstinence, will only lower the age of pregnancies and raise the numbers of them.
Supplying condoms for students will help them make smarter decisions when planning to have sex.
