This petition will create jobs as people will need to monitor these dashcams. It is assumed that anyone who obstructs the path of the emergency vehicle intentionally will be ticketed. This will compensate for the cost of the cameras. Even if there are not sufficient tickets to cover the cost, then there will be faster response times in general.
