We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Mandatory death penalty for murdering a law enforcement officer.

Created by D.B. on November 21, 2016

Law enforcement officers are sworn to protect and serve. They are sworn to defend the United States Constitution. They are all that stands between order and chaos. Their lives should not be taken in vein.

Strict and swift punishment should be executed in all cases. The importance should be placed on the life of the officer who is honorable and upright and not on the criminal who is a stain and a burden to society.

Because of this, I ask that there be a mandatory death penalty carried out no later than 6 months after being convicted of murdering a law enforcement officer.

Society has the burden of honoring the fallen officers for the sacrifices they have made. Sacrifices that most will never know of. A mandatory dealth penalty will deter evil from committing such heinous crimes
