Mandatory drug testing of all recipients of any public assistance by 2014.

We would like to see the government drug test recipients of public assistance. This is the equivalent of the people who are working to fund these projects being drug tested. Upon entering the public assistance program a drug test should occur and then randomly after that with 1 drug test at least every other year. Any refusal to drug test or a test that is tampered with would result in suspension of benefits administered by the government.
