This petition is to require ALL, EVERYONE, regardless of race, religion, and gender that is receiving any type of government subsidy for food stamps or housing be required to take a random drug test.
Current citizens who receive funds from the government are required to random drug tests and those who are also receiving subsidy must also comply with the same rules and regulations.
