All states should have mandatory drug testing and have it required that they are not doing any drugs to be able to qualify for government aid such as welfare.
This will ensure that welfare benefits are used for their intended purpose and not to subsidize drug use and criminal activity.
Our welfare system is being abused and needs to be reformed for the better good of the people who receive it, but also for the greater good of our economy.
