Mandatory drug testing for welfare recipients every month at their own expense.

Obviously many people throughout the country know that many welfare recipients abuse the program in every way possible.
For example, I was at a local hardware store the other day and this person flipped out and started yelling and swearing at a young teenage cashier because they wouldn't accept food stamps. He proceeded to pull out at least $2,000 in $50 bills for a $12 product. This goes to show that this human being does not need any type of help when he can walk around with that much money in his pocket. Knowing that my tax dollars are going to such people makes me sick.
I believe in order to receive any type of financial support, (welfare, foodstamps) one must get drug tested every month at their own expense. If they fail, they should not be able to receive benefits for two years.
