Mandatory Gender and Cultural Awareness training for all elected and assigned Government Officials, at every position

There is very real need for elected and assigned Government Officials to be familiar and have an awareness of ALL of the people that they represent. Government Officials should be informed of the current cultural environment for all groups that they represent in the United States. Current and future Government Officials shall undergo Gender and Cultural Awareness training regardless of the position that they hold up to and including the President of the United States. A bipartisan committee made up of the United States top recognized individuals in the fields of Gender and Cultural awareness will be formed to determine the appropriate training materials and in person training sessions that will fufill the requirement. No committe member shall be a politician or lobbyist.
