each year thousands of animals are hurt and tortured. .We need to stop this most states don't have strict laws regarding animal abuse, and animals continue to be abused.
WE MUST BE THIER VOICE , all states should have a very strict animal abuse law, not just a slap on the wrist or small fine......jail time should be mandatory.
