Mandatory Military Conscription Act of 2013: High School Dropouts ages 20-30 - PLEASE READ DETAILED DESCRIPTION.

Created by D.C. on January 15, 2013

Our military system is an all-volunteer force. I believe we should keep that system in place while also enacting this program which would require people between the ages of 20 and 30 in good health, who have not worked in 1+ year or not pursuing higher education to be conscripted for at least 1 year. My belief is these people are generally unmotivated/unable to either by their lack of proper education or lack of ability financially to pursuit betterment. I believe via conscription, not only will they be making money which will be injected into our economy(they are otherwise not), but the military establishment has many different fields of education and the ability to build a framework of discipline and personal pride that would make them better equipped for work in major fields.
