Mandatory monthly, drug testing for any benefit received through the state. Time frame to get a job or benefits dropped!

I think mandatory drug testing would be highly beneficial for us tax payers. Instead of enabling people to sit at home, relax worry free, their should be some type of time frame once benefits kick in to get a job (3 months is ample enough). This would cut down a large percentage with the job scare, as well as drug testing. Yes it would cost to drug test, but in the end i truly believe it'd be worth it. Welfare should not be a way of life, while middle class struggles to get by daily.
