Company "Managers" and "Assistant Managers" in right to work states are often SCHEDULED to work 60 hours a week and 6 days per week. No Overtime pay is given as these are "salaried" positions.
We are back to early 20th Century non union labor, breaking the backs and spirit of workers and disrupting families with one parent always working. AMERICA NEEDS FEDERAL LAWS FORCING COMPANIES TO LIMIT THE WORK WEEK TO 40 HOURS. NO INCREASED HOURS WITHOUT OVERTIME PAY.
What happened to 8 hrs work, 8 hours rest and 8 hours for "what you will".
This was the battle cry of unions one hundred years ago! I was taught this in elementary school as part of our American Heritage. Men died for these rights which have disappeared in America! Where IS my America?
