America is the only rich country where vacation is not mandatory. Lets make paid vacation mandatory as well as paid holidays. 20 paid vacation days and 10 paid holidays is about average among all rich countries. If you are for this then please sign this petition. The following countries all have mandatory paid vacation ranging from 10 days to 31 days. If you include paid holidays then the range is 10 days to 35 days.
