Melissa's Law-This is a petion to make it mandatory to monitor people with restraining orders against them. Too many people are brutally attacked and murdered. Forever scared not just physically but mentally. If they live. It has a trickle affect. It affects the family, neighbors,friends, the community as a whole. A restraining order is worthless. If someone is determined enough. A piece of paper will not stop a bullet or a knife. These people should be monitered by a ankle bracelet. They should have to pay the cost. It should ensure that they do not get near the victim, their home, or workplace. The next attack could very happen to your loved ones.
