Require that all persons who are receiving any type of government financial aid or public assistance to submit to random drug testing.
We have been taken advantage of long enough by people who are beating the system.
If person shows up as positive on a drug test, then they lose funding immediately.
They will also have to pay a penalty or face misdemeanor charges.
